We are more than happy to exchange the skates that you received for a different color, size, or for a different skate altogether! The product must be new and unused in the original condition and packaging. Be sure to try on your skates on and double check to ensure that they are the correct skates that you ordered and everything is right before you use them. We are not able to accept products back that have been used or have marks in any way and cannot be sold again as new.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for an exchange. There is NO restocking fee for an exchange of new stock items. Special makeup/custom/non-stock/mounted items products may be subject to a restocking fee. All exchanges must be initiated within 45 days after receipt of the product.
