This skate is good for transitioning into a really good skate.

They took about a month to break in. I used leather softener on the outside, put the skates on tight, and sat down or skated around the basement in them for an hour, twice a day...for about 3 days. That really kicked the break-in period in fast. I recommend using EZ Fits with them in the beginning, and I love wearing them still. Feels like a little added support. This skate is the second pair of skates I've owned and skated in. I plan on spending around 7 to 8 hundred on my next pair, but I don't think I'll need those anytime soon. After 7 months, I still love em!
